Delivery Information

Delivery charges cover order processing, product selection, packaging, handling, and transportation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Whilst we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, these are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or peak seasonal demand, may occasionally impact delivery schedules.

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
  • FREE UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £70
  • Orders under £70 will incur a delivery charge calculated at checkout
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays)

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) on a working day will typically be processed the same day.

Orders placed:

  • After 12:00pm
  • On weekends
  • On public holidays

will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted national courier services including:

  • FedEx
  • UPS

to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Large or Heavy Orders

Some products, particularly bulk quantities, Correx boards, floor protection materials, and larger commercial orders, may require specialist delivery arrangements.

In these cases:

  • Additional delivery charges may apply
  • Delivery times may vary
  • Our team will contact you if any special arrangements are required

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery where required.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and further delivery attempts are required, additional charges may apply.
