Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to arrange your return.

Once approved, please return your goods to:

Important Information

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
  • Please ensure your Full Name and Order Number are included within the parcel.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our returns criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or bespoke products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products returned without their original packaging where this affects resale value
  • Clearance or end-of-line products (unless faulty)

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
